Lily Collins, who turns 28 today, has a lot to celebrate. The actress recently published her first book, “Unfiltered: No Shame, No Regrets, Just Me,” a collection of personal essays about her journey to self acceptance. Collins grew up in the spotlight. As the daughter of musician Phil Collins, she was a regular on the red carpet at a young age–and thus, knows a thing or two about beauty. Bodies By Simone (BBS)- All their classes and private sessions are amazing. We do everything from dance cardio to ballet barre workouts. It’s so much fun and never boring. I love working out with girlfriends and making it something I look forward to.
Drink of choice:
At Kreation Organic Juicery, I make my own smoothies. I usually have a lot of greens in mine- mint, kale, spinach and parsley with banana and almond or coconut milk. Sometimes I add vegan protein to them to keep me going longer.

When I can’t go out of town to treat myself, I go to the Peninsula Spa in Beverly Hills for an epic massage. It smells amazing and is the epitome of relaxation. Plus their ginger tea is insane.
